Welcome to Awakened Lounge! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

**1. General Terms**

- By placing an order with Awakened Lounge, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

**2. Apparel and Accessories**

Our apparel and accessories are fulfilled by a third-party supplier, Printful. Please review their [Return Policy] as it is incorporated into our terms of service.

**3. Travel Services**

- All travel consultations require a non-refundable fee.
- Our travel services are tailored to your needs and preferences. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and necessary information for the planning and booking of your travel.
- Any cancellations or changes to travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

**4. Wellness Products**

- Refunds for wellness products must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

**Travel Services:**

- The travel consultation fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds for travel services will depend on the policies of the individual service providers involved in your travel plans (airlines, hotels, etc.).

**Wellness Products:**

- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at noire@awakenedlounge.org with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
