Weekend Self-Care tips


Whew! It’s been a long work week and it seemed as if it would never end. After such a week, it’s much needed that you incorporate some self care over your weekend. Here’s a few weekend self care tips that you can take advantage in and that cost nothing.


  1. Give yourself a facial. Go ahead and take out that mask that you’ve been dying to try and give your face the treatment that it deserves. You deserve to have a flawless face.

  2. Enjoy a glass of wine. There’s something therapeutic about wine. Having just one glass can help you relax and unwind after a long week.

  3. Sip some hot tea. Tea is healing. Tea has several healing benefits both externally and internally. It’s the perfect remedy to help you relax.

  4. Read a good book. Whether fictional or non-fictional, a book can allow you to tap out from reality for a minute. In the everyday world, there’s so much going on and sometimes are mind just needs a break!

  5. Take a walk or jog. This is good for both the mind and body, and it can allow you to enjoy the great outdoors, especially when working from home.

  6. Take a bubble bath. Lastly, take a bath and you can enjoy that book or that glass of wine while sitting in the tub. Don’t forget your favorite music playlist!
